For orders over $250.00, shipping is always free "excluding farm equipment and spare parts"

STOP DEPOSIT

In case of need, the goods will be shipped on hold at the courier company's location closest to your address.

STOCK OF GOODS

The courier will make only two delivery attempts.

You will be notified of the transition.

If the goods are not delivered after these two attempts, they will be placed in storage at the nearest location.

In this case you will have to contact us to release the goods within 15 days and arrange for a new delivery to avoid a return of your order to our premises.

RETURNS AND RETURN CHARGES

For various reasons there may be a need to return purchased goods.

Return must be arranged and authorized by our customer service department.

If the return depends on an error of our staff, the shipping cost will be refunded.

If the return is dependent on a customer's purchase error, round-trip shipping costs will be retained.

Refunds will be issued when the product is returned to our warehouse, after our staff verifies the part.

In the case of out-of-catalogue spare parts ordered at the customer's request, 30% of the order will be retained on return

Return for orders outside the country is always the responsibility of the customer

CHECK OF PARCELS ON ARRIVAL

Careful inspection of packages and the condition of the packaging for integrity is recommended before signing.

If the packaging and the goods in it are found to be obviously damaged we ask that you do not accept the delivery and notify us of the incident.

If the packaging is partially or slightly damaged we ask you to sign with reservation.
